The involvement of the constitutional court of RI in examining and ruling on the case of presidential impeachment is textually not the authority but obligation that whether or not presidential impeachment happen during president\u27s terms of office will be determined by the supporting political strength in the MPR session. The decision taken in the session should be based on the decision of Constitutional Court as the interpreter and the guardian of the constitution. This condition causes Constitutional Court decision becomes dillematic because it will be determined by the political strength in the session of the MPR. Besides,the fact that three of the nine judges are proposed by the President and three other are proposed by DPR is also dilemmatic

The Evaluation Of Independent Norm Text And Impartial Judge On The Constitutional Court Of Indonesia

In this paper, the Judge of the Constitutional Court is the authority of judicial power to enforce law and justice as a guardian and interpreter of the constitution. The method used in this research is legal research. The result of this research is that the evaluation of the independent and impartial texts of Indonesian constitutional court judges can be measured from procedural independent, legal fomal-empirical independent, and empirically independent either according to national legal instruments or international instruments. Meanwhile, the supervision of the Constitutional Court judges is devided into two supervisory models. These are that it is supervised by the Ethics Council of the Constitutional Court and by the Honorary Council of Constitutional Justices. For the external supervision, the court is supervised by the Constitutional Court with the Judicial Commission philosophically forming the Ethics Council to perform the (control function) to the judges of the Constitutional Court in order to avoid deviation of legal norms by the judges of the Constitutional Court Indonesia

Pengaruh Intellectual Capital Terhadap Abnormal Return Saham Dan Kinerja Keuangan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2011-2015)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of intellectual capital to abnormal stock return and financial perfomance of banking firms. The abnormal stock return was measured by cumulative abnormal return (CAR), and average abnormal return (AAR), the company\u27s financial perfomance measured by return on assets (ROA), assets turn over (ATO) and growth in revenue (GR). Laten variables used in this study was the perfomance of intellectual capital as measured by VAIC™ (VACA, VAHU, STVA). The sample study was using banking company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2011-2015. Research data using purposive sampling method. Data obtained amounted to 75 companies in the period 2011-2015. This study uses PLS version 3.0 to analyze the data. The result showed that significant intellectual capital positive significantly effect the abnormal stock return and financial perfomance that measured by CAR, AAR, ROA and ATO, but no effect on GR. Overall, this research found that structural capital (STVA) gives the most contribution in creating value added of the company

Ga substitution as an effective variation of Mn-Tb coupling in multiferroic TbMnO3

Ga for Mn substitution in multiferroic TbMnO$_{3}$ has been performed in order to study the influence of Mn-magnetic ordering on the Tb-magnetic sublattice. Complete characterization of TbMn$_{1-x}$Ga$_x$O$_{3}$ ($x$ = 0, 0.04, 0.1) samples, including magnetization, impedance spectroscopy, and x-ray resonant scattering and neutron diffraction on powder and single crystals has been carried out. We found that keeping the same crystal structure for all compositions, Ga for Mn substitution leads to the linear decrease of $T_{\rm N}^{\rm Mn}$ and $\tau^{\rm Mn}$, reflecting the reduction of the exchange interactions strength $J_{\rm Mn-Mn}$ and the change of the Mn-O-Mn bond angles. At the same time, a strong suppression of both the induced and the separate Tb-magnetic ordering has been observed. This behavior unambiguously prove that the exchange fields $J_{\rm Mn-Tb}$ have a strong influence on the Tb-magnetic ordering in the full temperature range below $T_{\rm N}^{\rm Mn}$ and actually stabilize the Tb-magnetic ground state.Comment: 9 pages, 8 figure

Study of root para-nodules formation in wheat (Triticum durum) inoculated with Frankia strain CcI3 and treated with 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetate (2, 4-D)

Frankia strains can induce N2-fixing root nodules on certain non-leguminous plants. It is known that exogenous application of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetate (2,4-D) affects root morphology. In this work, wheat roots were treated with 2,4-D and inoculated with the actinomycete Frankia. Wheat plants grew in a growth chamber with hydroponic medium. Binocular observation revealed that para-nodules were formed when wheat roots were inoculated with Frankia and the root length was enhanced. When the inoculation with Frankia was combined to 2,4-D treatment, the para-nodules formed were bigger and more numerous, while the root length was shortened.Keywords: Frankia, wheat, roots, para-nodules, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetateAfrican Journal of Biotechnology Vol. 12(35), pp. 5427-543
